According to this sign (and a few others we saw) it's forbidden to swim on this beach. Now you might ask yourself: why post signs on the road advertising a beach, build a big parking lot and a fence around it, have a restaurant selling snacks and drinks but after all this ban actual swimming? We don't know, and the locals didn't seem to mind the sings, so neither did we.
