A bit rustic
L'viv is known for its gorgeous old buildings, some of which have been carefully restored to their forner glory. Then there are the ones like our hostel, where it seems to be a miracle that the stairs haven't rotted away or the roof collapsed after years of negligence.
Even these houses still have their own charm, though, and when Leka and Lina carried our bikes up to the hostel we were really looking forward to our day off in what is known (according to the guidebook) as Ukraine's least Soviet city. More photos will follow later...
